Yoga Alliance, USA requirements are met by all YTT programmes offered by Rishikesh Yogpeeth, including the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Foundations and 300-hour Yoga Alliance Advanced programmes. After successfully completing the training, students receive a Certificate of Completion from Rishikesh Yogpeeth and Yoga Alliance USA, which is issued and registered. The option to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance is available to students.
This programme also includes lessons on anatomy, physiology, the philosophy of yoga, and Ayurvedic principles. In this programme, students will learn how to organise, instruct, and evaluate yoga classes.
