Posh Garments was incorporated as a n apparel manufacturer and an exporter in the year 1984.

In the early days, it was a small factory having 60 sewing machines. After operating for 37 years we have now grown to a fully compliant apparel manufacturer with 14 sewing lines.

We have the management expertise, a flexible production platform, a highly skilled workforce, and experienced staff to churn out millions of pieces of garments and export them all over the world.

Skilled Workforce

We believe that our employees and our management are the pillars of our success. Coming this far in the journey wouldn’t have been possible without our skilled workforce and management expertise to make the best quality products for the brands or the retailers.

Our skilled workforce comprising of 1,200 workers and 150 staff that can handle any style be it a small or a large order in any light woven fabric. Moreover, our production line workers and staff are trained to handle specialized operations like faggoting, smocking, pintuck, shearing, and much more.

Our workers and staff add value to the product by adding prints, embroidery, heat press, attaching embellishments, sequences, and ornaments, or by doing different kinds of wash - enzyme, bleach, cool dye, garment dye, etc.

Accountability and Transparency

The management of Posh Garments has a strict policy on accountability and transparency. Our production unit holds certification on BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP.

Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) audit is also done which focuses on collaboration to support stakeholders to improve working conditions and enable progressive improvement. The brands and the retailers routinely conduct social compliance audits.

Product Safety, Process, and Lead Time

We offer product range of huge versatility of every age group and gender. With an expertise hand we offer the production of ladies tops and Blouse, nightwear and sleepwear, skirts, trousers for girl’s tops & dress etc.

For men we manufacture casual shirts and shorts: Despite making the men and women attires, we also make regular clothing as well as school uniform for children. As a global brand, we also take on the production of hospital and hotel uniforms or work wear.

As an apparel manufacturer, we strive continuously to reduce our carbon emission footprint by reducing electricity, gas, and water consumption. All waste materials such as fabric, plastic, and paper are fully recycled.

Posh Garments has received recognition by Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) in the year 2021 for its effort towards sustainability.
