  Pathetic experience with them(not with entire Portea, its one of the Portea center situated in Nehru Place). I should mention that the concerned Person whose name is Prashant doesn't actually have etiquette of speaking to customers. I strongly feel that he should be trained on softskills. Would advice not to go with this option ever in life. Would advise Mr Aditya Krishna to hire people who are customer centric.
