- SPA bookings can be made straight from Cabin wise Chart or Therapy wise Duty chart calibrated for predefined time interval. Hence graphically system will show Cabin and Therapist bookings for the entire day on a single screen.
- Advance / Refund creation straight from Cabin & Duty Chart, by clicking the following operations can be carried out for any time range of the day.
- Supports booking for single treatment or for Packages, which spread across multiple days.
- System supports graphical presentation of Cabin Chart and Duty Chart. The Booking can be made against a Cabin or for a Therapist with different color-coding
- Maintains staff Roster for Therapist on a daily basis with shift wise different color-coding. Roaster supports shift, timings, training OD and leave planning of the Therapists for current and future period.
- If Therapist is assigned to any treatment for the day then in Roster it will display in red color and won’t allow permission or leave for those days.
- Each Therapist is attached to applicable Treatments with ratings. Hence while selecting the Therapist rating can be used to select the Therapist for the Guest.
- Price List is supported for period wise. For each treatment / product various price type wise prices are supported and this gives flexibility to select different prices for Guest.
- System supports Job Card printing prier to treatment with recipe items & quantity and hence this can be used as an Indent for Items.
- System provides Guest profile wise applicable discount % and that will be mapped during billing.
- System maintains Therapist wise and Receptionist wise monthly Target Budget Analysis vs actual.
